Tickets cost you when you sell them.

Ticketing and hotel reservations are included from Pro up. Nothing to switch on, nothing locked, no activation fee. You pay for what happens.

    Rp2,000 per ticket

    Or 1.5% once a ticket costs Rp133,334 or more. A free ticket counts only when someone checks in.

  • Hotel reservation

    Rp35,000 per reservation

    Or 1.5% of the room subtotal once it passes Rp2,333,334. Charged when the booking is confirmed.

Your buyers never pay us a fee. What your payment gateway charges is between you and them, and we never add to it.

Co-located events share a ticket, so a visitor is counted once no matter how many halls the badge opens.

Billing

  • Invoices go out automatically on the 20th of each month.

New accounts start with 14 days on Pro, no card needed. Ask for a trial and we set it up. An active event is one whose page or registration is live. Finished events become archives and stop counting.
